At VÊYNERA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Be in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging where possible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item received was incorrect.
- The item is defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as VÊYNERA cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@veynera.com.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A partial refund
- A full refund
Photographic evidence may be required.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- Up to 7 business days for us to inspect and process the return.
- An additional 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for eligible items, including size exchanges, subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following may not be eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of wear or use.
- Items damaged after delivery.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items (where stated).
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
